Radiology is the science of using high energy radiation and directing
the chemical, physical and biological effects of such radiation treatments
in diagnosing and treating diseases. Radiology includes the process of
medical imaging, using ionizing radiation, radionuclides, nuclear magnetic
resonance and ultrasound.
