the way
When treating
heart attack victims, minutes count. Faster treatment means less heart damage
and a lower chance of severe disability. With state-of-the-art equipment
and a continuous investment in advancing skills and techniques, the Heart
Institute medical team continues to lead the way. In a 2005 independent
research study of participating hospitals, results show the medical team
at the Heart Institute restores blood flow to the heart faster than any
