St. Joseph Mercy Oakland is committed to improving the health of the community it serves. Congratulations on your decision to quit smoking! It can be difficult, but we’re behind you 100 percent. In collaboration with Michigan Department of Community Health, we are providing the following downloadable free Smoker’s Quit Kits. The Quit Kits have information to make quitting easier and coupons for the patch, gum and other products that can almost double your chances of quitting for good.

The Quit Kit has lots of helpful information, motivation and
strategies for quitting.
The Smoker’s Quit Kit comes in two forms. The standard Quit Kit is for all smokers who want to quit. We also offer a Quit Kit for expectant mothers who want to quit smoking.
