Diabetes Training Center
The St. Joseph Mercy Oakland diabetes self-management
training program provides diabetes education and support for diabetic
patients and their families. This program was one of the first to be
implemented in the area and is certified by the state of Michigan and
by the American Diabetes Association. Click

Mercy Place is an outpatient clinic which provides basic health care, treatment
and prevention to uninsured people who do not qualify for other

Faith-Based Community Nursing
Faith-Based Community Nursing is a partnership between St. Joseph
Mercy Oakland and community churches to address their health care needs

Healthy Start/Healthy Families Oakland
Healthy
Start/Healthy Families Oakland is
an award winning fully-credentialed collaborative program that provides
home visitation services for vulnerable families with infants and young
children throughout Oakland County. Nine health and human service providers
led by St. Joseph Mercy Oakland provide these services in order to promote
healthy child growth and development and to strengthen families. Click
